FUHSD Art Show April 11th - 30th, 2015

The Econ Challenge Nor Cal Finals competition took place on Tuesday, April 7th at the San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank. Twelve HHS students (3 teams) participated. Team #communism brought home a victory for Homestead. Congratulations!


Hello Homestead Community~

Construction of the Cafeteria and Main Quad is well underway. The initial part of the project includes construction of a quad situated at the middle of the campus. Once completed, this quad will become the main thoroughfare for the campus. It will include an exterior performing stage as well as numerous seating which provides outdoor collaboration areas for student and staff to enjoy. Our target is to complete this portion of the project by Monday, August 18, the first day of school.

The other part of the project currently in construction is the new Cafeteria and Classrooms Building. Our target is to complete the building by April 2015.

We thank the Homestead community for the financial support which enables these new facilities to be constructed to provide a strong school environment for our growing student population.
